[mc1322x] Contiki is up and running.

Contiki is now up and running. Target is mc1322x. The only tested
example is blink.

Special thanks to Umberto for providing reference code that let me
determine that my startup code wasn't setting up the stack space
correctly and was leaving the processor in the wrong mode.

You can try it out with something like:

   cd ~/contiki-mc1322x/examples/blink/
   make TARGET=mc1322x blink.bin
   mc1322x-load.pl -f blink.bin -t /dev/ttyUSB0
