There is also the CEL modules:
http://www.cel.com/link/FS/fsp.html
They have a PA.
And modules from Embit's EMB-Z1322 line:
http://www.embit.it/
with and without PA.

The basic plan is to have demonstration code for all of the mc13224v
functions as part of mc1322x-tests. These are small, stand-alone,
"anything goes to make it work" type of programs. It's certianly ok to
refine them a little to make them more useful such romimg.c and
flasher.c.
As for Contiki, I'm pretty new to that code myself. Adam seems fairly
convinced that if example-mesh and example-collect work then the rest
of RIME should be working as well. As far as I know, contiki doesn't
have a standard testing suite so it can be a little difficult to
verify that your platform is working as it should. Then again, there
are also a lot of broken platforms in the main contiki base --- I'd
like the mc1322x ones to not join that group! Really, the best plan
would be to attract an expert and active Contiki developer over.
Also mc1322x-load.pl is far from a perfect program. Something better
would be great.
