[mc1322x] Radio current testing.

I've done some current draw testing on the radio and wanted to share
my results.

TX only: 
  
  6dbm -- 44 mA 
  0dbm -- 31 mA
-30dbm -- 18 mA

RX only:  26 mA

Radio on, but idle: 7.9 mA

CPU waiting in the bootloader: 3.5 mA
