[mc1322x] New mc1322x-load and flasher.bin

Hello everyone,

I've just completed a new version of mc1322x-load.pl with significant
improvements to loading speed as well as support for flash stubs. And
I've even completed a working flash stub too (flasher.bin)!

You don't have to use TestTool or wait minutes to flash contiki
anymore. Also, you can use the new mc1322x-load and flasher.bin to
flash auxiliary data, such as your hardware address.
