[mc1322x] Non-aligned structure copies

I added -Wcast-align -Wpadded -Wpacked to the Makefile.mc1322x so this
doesn't compile.
Take them off and it will compile and boot. But it sends the wrong packets.

I attached a diff. I am building in udp-sender-ipv6
