[mc1322x] Progress on alignment

Here are my current alignment patches. I will clean them up once I get
everything working.

They may be working but I need to update my AVR stick to know. There
has been an incompatible change in the way PAN ids are handled and my
AVR stick has the old code in it. I will update my stick later today
since I have to build everything on Windows.
