[mc1322x] mc1322x Contiki is getting initialized in the wrong order

The UIP process is getting started before Contiki boots....

Process test UDP sender started
Local IPv6 address:  0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000
Created connection with remote peer
fe80:0000:0000:0000:0002:03ff:fe03:0303 local/remote port 61617/61616

When Contiki boots it initializes networking,,,

Which wipes out those sockets created by process test UDP.
