[mc1322x] Interrupt driver serial output

In the last patch (debug) I've implemented interrupt driven printf().
It doesn't make any difference with receive dropping packets.

Next up is double buffering packet receive in an interrupt handler.

These patches are a complete mess, they are just snapshots of my debug
process. I'll make a clean version when everything is working right.
