[mc1322x] Toolchain.

Speaking of toolchains,
I've had success out of the box with the blink tests using Code Sourcery's
Lite edition toolchain for GCC 4.4.1 ARM-EABI, which installs graphically
and pretty painlessly. I had to strip -Werror from gcc's input arguments
(not desirable, I know) and edit the $CROSSCOMPILE variable, and the
compilation process still returns a ton of errors, but it does actually make
blink binaries that load and work. Is anyone else using this who has a nicer
config.mk and Makefile.include?
