[mc1322x] Toolchain.

Speaking of toolchains,
I just started munging with Code Sourcery's free Lite edition, which
installs graphically and pretty painlessly. I had to strip -Werror from
gcc's input arguments (not desirable, I know) to get things to compile, and
the compilation process still returns a ton of errors, but it does actually
make blink binaries that blink the dev board. Is anyone else using this who
has a nicer config.mk and Makefile.include?
