[mc1322x] Contiki master updated.

Hello everyone,

I've just pushed changes that bring the contiki master branch
up-to-date with CVS head as of two days ago. This includes an updated
contiki_maca driver with the new API.

I've only tested that it builds and runs the blink example. I will be
doing more testing soon, but I wanted to let everyone know, that
starting now, the master branch won't be a complete waste of time
anymore.

It does not include _any_ of the alignment fixes that WIP-2.4 has ---
one of the main goals over the next month is to isolate those problems
so that the core code can change. Any help along these lines will be
greatly appreciated.

Also the only platform that is up-to-date is the redbee-econotag. Dev
users can probably just copy those files over if they wish.
