Thanks! I've pulled this into WIP-2.4 and will add the board to
libmc1322x as well. By-the-way, it's easier to add the board to
libmc1322x first as a patch and then add the platforms to Contiki
(which will pull the board from libmc1322x)...

The platform will need to be updated for the master branch, however,
but that is a bit of a mess right now so I didn't bother. 

Most of the platform code is going to be in common between platforms
anyway --- so I'd really like a way to do this. 

Joakim has there been any further thoughts on configuring Contiki
platforms? Jon and myself had an email thread going with Adam about
this --- I'm not sure if that was on the main list or not.

Right now, for instance, the redbee-econotag conf and
contiki-mc1322x-main are very similar to those for the sky platform
(I'm talking about the master branch). It seems like there alot of
Conitki specific only config options that you'd want to apply across
all platforms, but no way that I know of to do this...
