[mc1322x] New build system --- cleaner code; openocd config files; NCD demodulation

Hello everyone,

I've reworked the test code into a new package and build system called
"libmc1322x" --- everything that was in mc1322x-tests is now there
(and better). I've put up a quick start guide on how to use it here
(don't worry, it's really simple):

   http://mc1322x.devl.org/libmc1322x.html

You can very easily incorporate it into you own code as well as build
programs for many different boards. e.g. this takes care of the
different XTAL_CNTL parameters need by different boards in a clean
way. You can also use this in your own programs to change GPIO
mapping, or which UART is printing debug messages, on a board-by-board
basis.

OpenOCD has also accepted config files for the mc13224v and our
upcoming Econotag/Economote and usb-stick hardware. More details here:

And I have NCD demodulation mode working now too:

  http://git.devl.org/?p=malvira/libmc1322x.git;a=commit;h=6f617c84c394821e6e31af78351ffadb34c53634

for an added 4dB of sensitivity for an extra 2mA of current.

Enjoy!

-Mar.
