[mc1322x] Econotag - 6LowPAN network sometimes takes too long to startup

Often, RPL stats take too long to appear on console so I understand
that the network is not even initialized. Under these circumstances,
sending or receiving 6LowPAN data does not work. I'm playing with a
custom application but I've done the test with the rpl-udp client too.
