That's odd --- those conf options should do fragmentation... I'll
double check. I'm using the same setup as you, rpl-border-router +
tunslip6 talking to a rpl-udp client. To sniff I'm using rftest-rx
right now, but it works with the linux-zigbee driver and wireshark
too...

Also did you make clean first? The build system doesn't
always do the dependencies correctly.
