[mc1322x] 6LowPAN data payload

Hi Daniel,

I have a test network of 12-nodes (5 are redbee's, 7 are sky's) running a
variant of rpl-udp client at 2-sec cycle to a redbee rpl-border-router. I
have disabled  BLOCKING_TX. It has been going great using the new release
from Mar. The sequence numbers of the redbee's have not reset even once yet.
They are around 46xxx right now (>25 hours since I started the test run).
 Packet rate seems to be higher too.

I usually resort to reseting the border router to get it to start properly.
