[mc1322x] python-on-a-chip update

... which shouldn't be done right now because my python-on-a-chip
(p14p) branch for econotag is not in sync with libmc1322x. I was
waiting to see if Mar was going to commit the start.S changes to
libmc1322x, or if I needed to apply a patch as part of p14p//
econotag's "make once".

red-bsl.py works without changes and only 1 package dependancy
(PySerial) that p14p already requires. Great tool Andrew!

But as a general update, the p14p VM (a.k.a. PyMite) is ported and
working. The interactive command line works; you can 'print "Hello
world"' to your hearts content. And now I'm on to creating a byte-
array datatype for p14p in order to hold packets and then wrapping all
the fun RF APIs with Python calls.

I'll let you all know when things build cleanly and work reasonably
well. I'm pretty sure the interactive command line and python
scripting is going to be a nice feature for general testing and
exercise of 802.15.4.
