[mc1322x] Access to LQI

Hi Mar,

Thanks for the old data sheet. Frustrating when companies remove useful data 
from later version of data sheets..

I have a 'C' version of the function running. It gives some answers but I'm not 
100% sure they are correct. I need to build a little test harness to try it out 
properly before I'll be sure.

I have to presume that the register is being updated for each Rx packet 
correctly by the radio and there is nothing I have to do to make that happen.

The data structure at 0x4001d4 also seems to hold data. I'm assuming that 
something in your wireless code has caused that to be initialised.
