I've talked with the great guys at Redwire LLC and I am going to finish the
port of p14p to the RedBee EconoTAG platform including support for some of
the MC13224v's peripherals and hopefully high-level RF TX/RX capability.
In case you haven't heard of it before, IEEE 802.15.4 is a specification
for the PHY and MAC layers of a 256 kbps personal-area wireless network
(kind of like wifi for embedded systems). So, while the MBED was the first
"supported platform." The RedBee EconoTAG is going to be the first
"supported wireless platform." Kudos to the folks who are getting their
microcontrollers wired up with ethernet, but I feel wireless is where it's
at!
