[mc1322x] Toolchain.

Just a heads up,

It looks like the debian gcc-4.3-arm-linux-gnueabi works. It makes
good binaries for all the tests in libmc1322x and it seems like there
are a few trival issues with using it for Contiki.

If anyone else tries this please let me know how it goes. It would be
great to beable to tell people to just apt-get install
gcc-4.3-arm-linux-gnueabi instead of slogging through the OE junk.
