[mc1322x] uart1-loopback example. Modification for mc1322x-SRB

I´ve run successfully blink-red/blue/green and uart1-loopback from 
libmc1322x.
To compile blink example in contiki I´d to make some changes in 
platform/contiki-mc1322x-main.c. But it does nothing in the mote (as 
hello-world).
I´m setting TARGET=mc1322x.
Tomorrow I´ll try to write a webpage and upload all the files to share 
our achievements.
