[mc1322x] CodeSourcery , flash loader

If you figure out how to get codesourcery to assemble start-romvars.o, let
me know. I had the same problem a few weeks back, but couldn't figure out
how to fix it. You get the same problem if you use any of the later emdebian
toolchain packages in sid.
